Was enchanted by this installation at Cincinnati Art Museum by Darren Goodman of Waynesville, Ohio. These seemingly impossible glass pieces hung ever-so precariously from their metal canopy. A slight blurring of the eyes and the pieces seemed like falling rain in slow motion. Mea Culpa!! Was attempting to make Jalapeno/PawPaw preserves last night when the burn settled in and took over... Both items from my garden. Didn't realize if one was not watering their jalapenos on a regular basis, it just makes them more POTENT. Fell asleep with hands in baking soda paste. Burn had stopped. Burn returned this morning. Be careful out there. Evil little green peppers have staying power!

Tammi, Barb and I stopped in at Our Best Restaurant near Louisville for some DiViNe country cookin on our way to the Nathan Winograd talk about No Kill Nation. This fabulous meal was all veggie, but there had to be dairy in those potatoes. The Best fried green tomatoes that I have had in ages. House pickled beats and kale without the bacon also accompanied the deliciousness.

My Mother holding a very overheated Daisy, Myself, sister Ciara and her beloved Sassy. Sassy had just gotten a delicious bath with Lush Products provided by Quinn Epps.
